Add the quinoa to a large bowl and cover with plenty of cold water. Rub it with your hands to wash it. Rinse under water and drain well.

To store: Allow it to cool to room temperature, then store it in the fridge in an airtight container for 4-5 days. You can also freeze it for up to three months. Simply allow the frozen quinoa to thaw in the fridge and then eat cold or reheat as needed.
